Usually, during the first lecture of the course, you will find out if any ready-made material is used and where to get the material. Not all subjects (often humanistic, political science) may use ready-made lecture slides at all, or the slides are not given for copying.

For many courses, you can find a few copies of books in the Kumpula Campus Library. Library also has other literature related to the field. Some of the books in the library are volumes that can be read in the library but are not borrowed out. Borrowed books are divided into normal books with a longer loan period and short loan period course books. If no volumes are on the shelf, you can reserve the book for yourself for a nominal fee. In this case, the previous borrower cannot renew their loan.
Monille kursseille löytyy muutamia kappaleita kirjoja Kumpulan kampuskirjastosta. Krjastosta löytyy myös muuta alaan liittyvää kirjallisuutta. Osa kirjaston kirjoista on niteitä, joita voi lukea kirjastossa, mutta joita ei lainata ulos kirjastosta. Lainattavat kirjat jakautuvat pidemmän laina-ajan normaaleihin kirjoihin sekä lyhyen laina-ajan kurssikirjoihin. The library is located in Physicum, a building adjacent to Exactum. Physicum is accessible via a gateway ( wondering through outdoor wilderness is also possible). The library entrance can be found on the first floor next to the UniCafe café.
