Jos haluat rahallista tukea tarjoiluihin tai tapahtuman muihin kuluihin, kuten pääsylippuihin, TKO-äly voi sponsoroida tapahtumaa. Menettely tuen myöntämiselle riippuu kulujen suuruudesta:
* Enintään 3 x jalluindeksi (selitys alla): Hallituslaiselta voi pyytää budjettia alle 3 x jalluindeksin tapahtumakulujen korvaamiseen, kunhan se noudattaa tämän sivun ohjeistusta. Hallituslaiset löytyvät esimerkiksi Telegramin [https://t.me/tktaktiivit aktiivikanavalta] sekä [https://www.tko-aly.fi/yhdistys/hallitus tekiksen sivuilta].
* Yli 3 x jalluindeksi (selitys alla): Laadi tapahtumalle budjetti ja esitä se hallituksen kokouksessa tai toimita talousarvio sähköpostitse hallitukselle (hallitus@tko-aly.fi). Budjetin laatimiseen voi käyttää Fuksiwikistä löytyvää [https://fuksiwiki.tko-aly.fi/Linkkej%C3%A4#TKO-.C3.A4ly budjetti- ja toteumapohjaa]. Budjetoiduista tapahtumista on esitettävä alustava toteumalaskelma viimeistään kuukauden kuluttua tapahtumasta. Toteumalaskelma esitetään hallituksen kokouksessa tai toimitetaan hallitukselle sähköpostitse.
 
Jalluindeksi määräytyy [https://www.alko.fi/tuotteet/000706/Jaloviina-/ jaloviinan hinnan] perusteella, ja se tarkistetaan jokaisessa hallituksen kokouksessa. 3 x jalluindeksi on tällä hetkellä noin 55 euroa.

If you want financial support for snacks or other costs, such as entrance fees, TKO-äly can sponsor the event. The procedure depends on the amount of expenses:

  • Up to 3 x jallu index (explanation below): you can ask a board member to accept the budget proposal directly, as long as the event follows this page’s instructions. You can find the board members in Telegram in the actives’ chat or at TKO-äly's page.
  • More than 3 x jallu index (explanation below): prepare a budget proposal and present it to the board at a board meeting or send your budget proposal to the board at hallitus@tko-aly.fi. You might find the budget template useful! For budgeted events, you also need to present a report on the money spent and received at a board meeting or via email no later than a month after the event.

The jallu index is determined by the price of jaloviina and is checked at every board meeting. 3 x jallu index is currently approx. 55 euros.
