TKO-älyn kalenteriin voi lisätä myös muiden tahojen järjestämiä tapahtumia. Jätä “järjestävä taho” -kenttä kuitenkin tyhjäksi, mikäli järjestät ilmoittautumista vaativaa yhteislähtöä johonkin tapahtumaan (esim. approt), vaikka varsinaisen tapahtuman järjestäisi joku muu.
