The events of TKO-äly are added to TKO-äly’s calendar and they are announced on the members’ email list and the announcement channel on telegram. In case the event is at klusteri, make sure the event is added also to klusteri’s calendar. If you don’t have an account that can add events to the calendars ask an official (also found in the aktiivit channel) to add your event there. For the events at klusteri you also need at least one person with a klusteri key. You can ask for those people at, once again, the aktiivikanava. Send the event’s email announcement to jasenet@tko-aly.fi, where the spokesperson will check it and let through. To speed up the email process you can send tiedottaja a private message and ask him/her to check your email. The event is added to the calendars immediately when the date is fixed and the email needs to be sent latest few days before the event or the possible registration opening.
