Used computers
Before fall of 2025 universiry offered to lend fresher's laptop for years. Luckily there is still some desktops left in computer classrooms also Laptop Lender is expanding to every campus. Still common computers are limited in quantity and it's good idea to have own. Now as computers can be quite expensive for students we try to list here ways to buy used one.
U6-verstaat
U6-verstaat is selling PC-devices refurbished by the city. Prices are mild, but there is only few models available.
PC-Shop is a small stall located inside U6-Tori. U6-Tori is kind of reuse market hall with furniture, handcraft and bicycle stalls. It can be found in the middle of tunnel next to Kyläsaari kierrätyskeskus (reuse center).
Myytävänä on pöytäkoneita, läppäreitä kuten myös kaikenlaisia oheislaitteita, kuten syöttölaitteita, näyttöjä, tulostimia, kovalevyjä jne. Oheislaitteiden hinnat pyörivät noin 5-20€ hintahaarukassa.
