Rekrytoi tuutoreita ja osallistuu heidän koulutuksiinsa. Toimii tuutoreiden lempeänä opastajana, suorittaa fuksikyselyn kesällä ja kerää fuksipalautteen loppusyksystä. Osallistuu fuksitoiminnan järjestämiseen. Toimii välikätenä tiedekunnan tuutorisihteerin ja järjestön tuutorien välillä. Fuksi- ja tuutorivastaavia valitaan yleensä kaksi.
