If there's no documents of course in hand one needs to create a folder. Folders follow naming scheme: Course name (course code)
Note that:
* the century is not included in the date
* file name doesn't contain spaces
* course code, name and date should match [https://studies.helsinki.fi/ studies.helsinki.fi] sivustolta löytyviä tietoja.
* course name should in the same language as the exam was

* Course name: Name as in [https://studies.helsinki.fi studies.helsinki.fi] site. (with spaces)
==== Kansiot ====
* Course code: TKT?????, CSM?????, MAT????? etc. This is needed to indentify courses with same name.
If no exams that belong to the same course have been uploaded create a folder before uploading the file.

== Leaving Exams for the Tärpistö Coordinator to Scan ==

Paper exams can be left for the Tärpistö coordinator to scan and upload. Leave exams left for the coordinator to the drawer in Gurula bookshelf that says "Tärpistö, uudet tentit". Leaving the exams to be scanned is preferable over taking photos with phone camera, if scanning is not possible for some reason. If details such as the course name, date, or exam type are missing from your paper, please attach a post-it note with the missing information to the exam paper.

== Scanning Paper Exams ==

You can easily scan exam papers using a mobile app, or using the multifunction devices found in the department's hallways. Scanning on these devices is free, and you can easily send the PDF to your own email. You can also send it directly to the address [mailto:tarpisto@tko-aly.fi tarpisto@tko-aly.fi], which might also be pre-saved in the multifunction devices' address book under the name ''AAA Tärpistö'' or similar.
