Maintains the membership database, adds members to the organization and removes those who have not paid their membership fees. This has traditionally been part of the treasurer’s duties. If the posts are held by different people, close cooperation between the treasurer and the member coordinator is highly desirable.

They act as liaisons between the department and students. Studies representatives represent students’ interests and forward feedback received from courses to the University. They also guide fellow students in course selections and other challenges with studies.

Recruit tutors and participate in their training. They act as tutors' gentle guides, organize a fresher survey in the summer and collect feedback from freshers at the end of fall. Participate in organizing the fresher events, and act as an intermediary between the faculty and the tutors.

Responsible for sitsit (academic table parties). Sitsit are organized at least four times a year, for example fresher sitsit and May Day sitsit. The coordinator plans the event, decorations, and manages the kitchen staff, waiters and other helping hands.

Organizes alcohol-free activities for TKO-äly with the support of their team: cultural events, cooking together, music, etc. Only the sky is the limit!

Organizes alcohol-free events with the Culture chieftain. The duties of an individual team member often include picking up snacks, organizing and planning events with the chieftain, and attending the events.

Organizes parties, for example the afterparty for TKO-äly’s fresher orienteering and often a party in the Alina hall during Spring. They also organize sauna evenings and are in charge of the party team.

They help the Physical activities minister to organize events and they participate in the events.

A cool title for TKO-äly’s webmaster and general sysadmin. Responsible for maintaining tko-aly.fi and Gurula's technology. A certain creativity and vision for the further development of systems is considered an advantage.

Responsible for helping international students join TKO-äly and including them in the organization's activities, as well as responsible for their well-being in the organization. Ensures that all information is also available in English and helps with translation if necessary. Is a contactperson between international tutors and TKO-äly, helps international tutors if necessary.
